Our recommendation are based on widely accepted facts, about the natural ingredients that we use in our products and based on the advice of the ingredients suppliers/ manufacturers. Our natural skin and hair care products are not a medication, and we can only recommend products for certain skin, hair ailments & conditions. Any recommendations accepted by a buyer are accepted strictly at your own risk.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are happy to  refund any faulty item within 14 days of delivery. We would like the said item back to us. Cancellations are not accepted, but kindly get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.

From 25th Oct 2021, we are also acting in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.

Who we are

SkinSapphair is a Certified Skin and Haircare Formulator,  a Sole Trader and pay out taxes. Company is founded by and is owned by Harriet Odunsi. 


How and when do we collect information from you? 

We obtain information about you when you make a purchase from our website or if you opt in to be added to our email newsletter list. 

When you visit us online, at  www.skinsapphair.com you may be asked if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter. Anyone who doesn’t opt in will not receive newsletters or promotion discounts. Customer get the chance to opt in when they place an order online hereon in, via social media or our website. 

What type of information is collected from you? 

The personal information we collect include your name, address, email address if you opt in to the newsletter option. If you make a purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

We may use your information to: 

– process orders or refunds that you have submitted 

– seek your views or comments on the services we provide 

– notify you of changes to our services 

– send you communications which may be of interest to you. These may include information about new products or updates on our current product range

SkinSapphair holds a newsletter mailing list. We will not pass these details onto anyone else, except in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the company. When you are making payment on our online store the payment is processed by a third party payment processor (Stripe), who specialise in the secure in-store processing of credit/debit card transactions. You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us about our products and services, or be part of our loyalty programmes, then we will not sign you up to our in-store mailing list. Online, there is a box you can tick when placing an order, to choose to stay in touch with us. 

We will only contact you for marketing purposes (by email, phone, post or text message) if you have given your prior consent. You can change your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us in-store, by email on customer.services@skinsapphair.com

The accuracy of your information is important to us. We’re working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you.
