Red wine is known for its rich antioxidants such as flavonoid, resveratrol, tannin and nutrients that are beneficial to the skin. These antioxidants can help in combating skin blemishes and can help in preserving collagen and elastic fibres needed in slowing down ageing process. Red wine has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties, which are absorbed directly into the skin when used either via soaps or directly on the skin. This soap is rejuvenating and invigorating.
